Gaining Sharingan

5 rps of training per tomoe and per rank
Mangekyo takes (15 Rp's) to obtain.
(Susanoo) Will take (10 Rp's) to unlock +(10 Rp's) For each susnao form. and will only lasts 3 post and has a 6 post cool down.
(Amaterasu) Will take (15 Rp's) and can only be used once every 3 posts.
(Tsukuyomi) Will take (20 Rp's) And can only be used once n an rp

*Genin- have to UNLOCK the sharingan through RP. They just cant automatically use it in RP from the beginning. Its simple to unlock in reality, pressure situations like in a fight. or just very strenuous training can unlock it as well. Also in addition to that Genin can only get to the 1 tomoe sharingan which lets them see chakra flow.
*Chuunin- Can achieve the 2 tomoe sharigan which allows them to copy and read movements
*Jounin- can achive the 3 tomoe sharingan which is the full powers of sharingan are the only ones capable of getting Mangekyou Sharingan. To unlock Mangekyou Sharingan you have to Kill your best friend/ Loved one in a fight or witness the death of a Loved one. NOT A BEST FRIEND! Obviously with this one would have to be either witnessing the fight. or had some sort of participation in the fight. Mangekyou cant be unlocked by the news of a loved ones death. One has to witness it in RP.
* Jounin + - Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan- EMS can only be obtained by killing a sibling (Brother/Sister) and obtaining their eyes. Obviously if one takes another person's eyes death is most likely to occur. Though if the RP is well done one could survive having their eyes taken. And the person the eyes are taken from HAS to be Jounin or higher.

ALL ETERNAL MANGEKYOU and MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN RP's will have to be approved by the RP MANAGER. And along with these rules, one cant simply substitute a kill or loss for an NPC. they need to be a player character.
