Gaining Byakugan

Student - Being as the Byakugan is born and is innate to the Hyuuga Clan, they are able to actively activate their eyes for lower durations then other ranks. These are able to faintly see the outline of a chakra system and allows 15 meters range of visibility until trained with by another hyuuga.
Genin: This is the basis of all Hyuuga skill. They are able to see Tenketsu and are able to manipulate their own to a slight extent , none to a level of heavenly rotation level. But to that of weaker techniques. These tenketsu can be closed off or opened due to the surgical precision of chakra required from the hyuuga to use in their gentle fist techniques. The duration however of how long they remain closed is less then that of much stronger hyuugas. This allowing them 50 meters in range and allowed them a near 360 degree view outside of the portion of the third vertebra.
This rank of Hyuuga is allowed to learn Eight Trigrams 32 palms with 5 days of in character training with someone at least of Jounin rank.
Chuunin: At chuunin rank this is where the Hyuuga really start to shine in their strengths. They are able to more easily control their own tenketsu points and are also more fluent in movement in gentle fist normally. This allows for short burst of things such as eight trigrams palms revolving heaven and weak Vacuum palm burst. Though these are weak starting out, with enough training (say 10 per technique) then they become more effective versions.
At this rank, a user may be able to use eight trigrams sixty four palms if pushed to the very brink of their ability and overcoming it (preferably in a life or death situation). Or with 15 training rps for the skill itself. also they can learn Keiten an ultimate hyuga defence. 10 Rp's
Jounin: This is where the Elite of the Hyuuga tend to stand. They are a master of most of the techniques and with hard work and dedication are able to achieve 128 palms. This would be where overall they at their peak. And given time for 128 palms.

*Stolen Byakugan: If a Byakugan is stolen then the only ability granted will be that of the Sensory Jutsu allowing the user to see for much further distances for a short period of time due to the users not orginating from the hyuga clan.*
