Jinchūriki / bijū Rules

The jinchūriki (Tailed Beast Host) are humans that have tailed beasts sealed within them. They exhibit extraordinary powers due to the immense chakra reserves they possess, however such power does not come without consequences. The jinchūriki can be as powerful as a kage, but to keep the RP in USRC Balanced and fun, this rules were made to prevent cheating such as god-mod.
Rules and warnings:
• You are not Naruto or Bee, the bijū hate everyone and will not be friendly with anyone that easy.
• You are not Madara or the Masked man, your sharingan is not powerful enough to control a bijū.
• The number of tails does not dictate power order, in USRC all the bijū have equal power, the power of your beast depends how you use the tails there being, not the number.
•You can only bring out 1 tail per post. once your max tails are reached u can go full form

Jinchuriki and their bijū: You HAVE to do rp training to learn each form and power that comes with each rank.
You may keep ur kekkei Genkai. but are not able to use S rank Jutsus.
You Have to have elements your bijuu uses
●Student - Genin:
•From Student till Genin the player can talk to their bijuu inside their thoughts and being, their Bijuu will act as a NPC *non player character) just to make a little change to the RP and to the own characters growth with the bijuu.
●Chuunin:
•Chuunin Jinchuriki can "borrow" the chakra from the Bijuu, however, being a Jinchuriki may give you massive amounts of power so using bijuu chakra will damage your body over time and will cause you to have to be healed as a result of this.
●Jounin - Jounin commander:
•Jounins/C. Jounin can use "Tailed Beast Cloak", this is a move where the player becomes surrounded by the Tailed Beast's Chakra, granting him more speed stamina and power, regenerative skills (small injuries, lightly burns, severe wounds may be recovered but not much in comparison with other injuries) and larger chakra reserves, however, that move hurts the jinchuriki the longer he has it on plus when they reach a certain level of chakra tails they will become berserker and cant separate who is friend from enemy, while in this mode i want to take in attention that this cloak grants the same power as a Clan Sama.
●Anbu:
•ANBU Ranked Jinchurikis can learn how to fully control their Bijuu, however they can not roleplay things like (ex: Naruto reaches ANBU rank and learn how to control his Bijuu), if they want to learn how to control their Bijuu they have to do a Special Training (With Kage, Sannin, or Anbu Leader), and defeating his Bijuu (NPC played by the Kage or Himself) in the Inner World of the player (The RP has to be approved by the RP manager in order to fully control the Tailed Beast).

●Bijū and Influence on their Jinchūriki
-The Jinchūrik aren t allowed allowed access to Special Jutsu, other than the one their Bijū provides.
•One tailed (Tanuki), Shukaku, will allow his host to manipulate sand, a ability unique to this bijuu. The host is also influenced to possess the Wind element.
•Two tailed cat, Matabi, will offer his host claw creation ability, the grown nails are strong enough to clash with swords. The host is also influenced to possess the Fire element.
•Three tailed turtle, Isobu, allows his user to produce coral and as such ninjutsu based on this. The host is also influenced to possess the Water element.
• Four tailed monkey, Son Gokū, will allow his host to possess the lava release advanced element, lava armor will be unique to the host from all who possess this nature. The host due to this advanced element will only possess Fire and Earth release and can t possess any other else.
• Five tailed horse, Kokuō, the host of this Bijū will be the only one allowed to have Steam based Ninjutsu.
• Six tailed slug, Saiken, will allow the user to use bubble ninjutsu, the user doesn t necessarily need to use a bubble blower for this ninjutsu. The host is also influenced to possess the Water element.
• Seven tailed beetle, Chōmei, will influence his host to use bug ninjutsu, this means the user can take bugs properties, like release powder from his mouth, or create bug wings to fly temporarily (outside the cloaks/control this will be a weak version).
• Eight tailed Octopus, Gyūki, will allow his user to use ink creation, bear in mind this ink technique is different from the one used from Sai.
• Nine tailed fox, Kurama, user is free to choose one ability for his bujiu, as long as it does not conflict with the Kyubi, can not be clan related.

A jincuriki cannot refuse to be captured in rp. IF the person is after their bijuu. You can ATTEMPT to escape but depending on the person your fighting. you dont always have a chance to run.
